KitchenSink4AI Business, Beta License Terms

1. Grant. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the version of the Software identified in your receipt within your organization, for up to the number of people stated in your receipt band, on any number of your organization's devices.

2. Beta status. The Software is a beta release. It is built and verified like production software, but it is still under test. Features, behavior, and pricing may change before general release. Treat outputs accordingly and keep your own backups of your documents.

3. Updates. Updates are included through the date stated in your receipt. After that date you may keep using the version you have. Newer versions require a new receipt.

4. Fees. The fee shown at checkout is due at purchase. Payment is processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for the purchase, and Paddle's refund policy applies. Beta pricing may change for future purchases; a change never alters what you already paid.

5. Restrictions. You may not redistribute the Software or your license receipts outside your organization, remove or alter license notices, or use the Software to build a competing product. Third-party components carry their own notices, which are included in the bundle.

6. As is. The Software is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the Software or these terms. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination. We may end this license if you breach these terms and do not cure the breach within thirty days of written notice (email suffices). You may stop using the Software at any time. On termination you remove the Software from your systems.

9. Feedback. If you send us feedback about the Software, we may use it without restriction or obligation. You are never required to send any.

10. Yours stays yours. Your documents and data are yours. The Software runs locally, license verification is offline, and the Software sends us no telemetry. The Web edition may download a public tokenizer table when it is not already cached.

11. Support. Beta support is provided by email at licensing@kitchensink4.ai on a best-effort basis during the beta period.
